Formation Du Dirigeant Et Performance Des PME Au Cameroun / Manager Training and Performance of SMEs in Cameroon

Abstract: The objective of this study is to analyse the influence of manager training on the performance of SMEs in Cameroon. Statistical analysis and the multiple regression model are used.
