Formando ciudadanos: Bien común, Profesores y movilizaciones estudiantiles en Chile

Abstract: El presente trabajo explora las concepciones de profesores de historia de enseñanza secundaria acerca del bien común y la relación de estas concepciones con la formación ciudadana y las movilizaciones estudiantiles que se han desarrollado en Chile en los últimos años. “…By 2016, with stories from 2012 and 2014, and a new round of student protests, the authors had the cultural intuition (Solórzano & Yosso, 2002)—sustained on their personal and professional experience with the high school and with teachers in the country that supported their students’ participation in the student movement (Cavieres-Fernández, 2015)—that although these stories were part of a same “text,” nevertheless, it was not “complete.” The students’ forms of participation and their relationship with the high school was changing, all of which begged for more analysis.
