Formación del residente desde su abordaje como adulto

Abstract: La formación pregrado, posgrado y la formación continuada en medicina podemos encuadrarlas dentro de la educación para adultos. Si en la formación pregrado predomina la transmisión de conocimientos, la formación posgrado debería basarse en un asentamiento de esos conocimientos y en la adquisición de habilidades.
