Formación de maestros y educación a distancia. Impacto y perspectivas

Abstract: La capacidad de cobertura del Estado colombiano, en materia de políticas públicas, ha sido abundante, pero no acertada, a lo largo del siglo XX. Ejemplo de ello es la incapacidad del sistema educativo, tanto en la educación básica y media como en la educación superior, para absorber la demanda educativa del ámbito nacional y, particularmente, de los sectores rurales alejados de los principales centros urbanos del país.
