Abstract:The purpose of this study is to expound the fundamentals leading to the verdict about the permissibility of foreign exchange trading or simply forex. The jurisdiction will cover Quranic verses, Hadith and Islamic legal maxims or commonly known as qawaid fiqhiyyah.
