This study aims to understand and formulate a village asset management model by integrating socio-cultural aspects and ecological resources. This study uses a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. Data collection uses direct observation techniques and in-depth interviews (Depth interviews) to obtain an overview of the social situation on the research site. Researchers apply in-depth interview techniques by asking unstructured questions so that the Q&A process develops dynamically. The field study results show that the village government has wealth in the form of village assets but has yet to provide optimal benefits for local communities. In addition to the wealth of village assets, the Ciburial area has local ecological and cultural resources. This study presents a model for managing village potential by integrating the wealth of village assets, ecological resources, and local cultural potential.

The Village Fund (VF) is a programme initiated by the Indonesian government, aiming to fund activities that contribute toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in villages. Additionally, the Village Agenda-the 18th SDG-is a government initiative that employs local wisdom to implement the SDGs. This study aims to provide a detailed understanding of the VF and its implementation strategies to achieve the SDGs based on local wisdom. We began our work by compiling a literature review from the Scopus database, using a unique combination of a systematic literature review (SLR) and the PRISMA protocol. This process yielded 168 documents, published between 2014 and 2023, from the initial search and screening results. After further refining to ensure relevance, we were left with 151 articles that were analysed using the bibliometric method with VOSviewer, identifying nine clusters of research related to VF. The next step involved a content study of 115 documents, obtained from screening manuscripts using the keywords 'VF', 'sustainability', and 'Indonesia', to explore the characteristics of VF publications in the context of SDG implementation. To suggest strategies for how VF programmes can support SDGs in villages, we utilized a supplyside approach as well as a demand-side approach. Each approach has its advantages and disadvantages, depending on the economic conditions and socio-political environment. The results of this study will provide policymakers with insights into the critical factors influencing the effectiveness of VF distribution for achieving the SDGs.

In the digital age, the integration of advanced technologies and biometrics plays a pivotal role in transforming governance models. This research introduces an innovative approach to digital village governance, leveraging the potential of biometric data in biomedical applications while incorporating robust fraud detection mechanisms. The proposed model harnesses the power of Swarm Fish Optimization Classification (SWOC) to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of biometric-based authentication systems, ensuring the security of village governance processes. The study outlines the multifaceted components of the Intelligent Digital Village Governance Model, emphasizing its adaptability to the unique needs of rural communities. Central to this model is the utilization of biometric data, such as fingerprints, for user identification, access control, and the delivery of essential services. SWOC, with an optimization and classification algorithm inspired by swarm behavior, is integrated to refine the accuracy of biometric identification and detect fraudulent activities. Experimental results demonstrate the efficacy of SWOC in enhancing the accuracy of biometric-based authentication, thereby strengthening the security of digital village governance. The model's adaptability, scalability, and compliance with ethical standards are also discussed, ensuring responsible deployment in rural settings.
