Employment of various innovative tools for education in the post-epidemic era is an urgent issue of improving the quality and efficiency of education and the relevance of educational material. The study aims to investigate the impact of the use of drones and virtual reality in educational models of student learning in the post-pandemic period. The study was conducted using a quantitative method, a sociological survey, a pedagogical experiment, and mathematical processing of the results. The study involved fourth-year students (n=748) studying in the following specialties: geography and ecology (n=119), engineering, robotics (n=135), architecture and urban planning (n=120), agriculture, agronomy (n=118), information technology (IT) (n=139), journalism (n=117), and teachers (n=258) with more than 5 years of experience. For the educational process of students of each specialty, the scope of application of drones and virtual reality has been developed. Classes with the use of drones and virtual reality were held two times a week for one academic semester. Afterward, students were interviewed using an adapted questionnaire to study their attitudes toward virtual reality technologies and drones for learning. Students of all specialties positively evaluated various aspects of the use of drones and virtual reality in their educational process. The use of drones helps to improve student engagement and visual attention and has a positive impact on learning efficiency and student satisfaction with the learning process. Teachers approve of the use of drones and virtual reality in teaching but point out that further development of the methodology for training stakeholders in the educational process, infrastructure, improvement of curricula, and consideration of various aspects of technology use is needed to effectively implement drones and virtual reality in the learning process. The practical significance of this study is to present aspects of the use of drones in teaching students of certain specialties and to study the impact of the effectiveness of the use of these technologies on the opinions of students and teachers.

The relevance of the study is conditioned by the need to apply a systematic approach to the investigation of agricultural production features as a complex dynamic structure that functions in an unstable market environment and depends on the influence of natural changes. In this regard, this study aims to identify socio-economic, natural, and environmental factors that affect the sustainable development of agricultural sectors, as well as predict the impact of material, technological, and climatic factors on the health and stability of the entire system. The leading method for studying this problem is the method of a systematic approach, which allows investigating agricultural production as a complex dynamic structure that functions in an unstable market environment and depends on the influence of natural factors. In addition, this study involved the following research methods: the method of structural analysis, comparative, statistical, and deduction methods, classification method. The study presents the factors directly or indirectly influencing the development of northern agriculture, predicts the impact of these factors on the stability of the system, and shows possible ways to overcome the negative impact. The regional management system directly affected the level of food self-sufficiency of the Sakha Republic. To improve the current situation, it is necessary to review the mechanisms of interaction between state institutions and agricultural producers. Furthermore, there is an entire list of factors that negatively affect the functioning of the agricultural sector of Yakutia. The situation requires an immediate design of a policy for the development of rural areas through the socio-economic development of villages in the region. The research materials are of practical value for the governing bodies of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), as well as teachers and students studying the issues of sustainable development of agriculture.

Article HistoryThe article examines the financial toolkit for the distribution of resources of the public-private partnership institute, which changes the sources of the investment flow according to the balanced value of their target use in order to restore and ensure the activation of investment opportunities of agro-food production entities. It has been proven that the level of activation of sources of investment flow of agro-food production entities in a certain territory, provided that the public-private partnership institute is involved in this process, is normalized at a moderate risk and is attractive for investors. A comparison of the relative index of activation of the potential of investment opportunities of agrofood production subjects under the conditions of financial support of the public-private partnership institute in Ukraine and EU countries was made. The structure of the distribution of the sources of the investment flow of the public-private partnership institute. The nominal level of profitability of sources of investment flow from international partners in the distribution system of the institute of public-private partnership for the needs of realization of investment opportunities of producers of agro-food products has been calculated. The model of synergistic adaptation of the financial determinant in the own sources of the investment flow of agro-food production entities with the help of Euler circles is proposed. The estimated value of sources of investment flow for the renewal of agricultural machinery, mineral fertilizers of subjects of agro-food production of Ukraine with the support of the institute of public-private partnership was determined.
