Foreign and domestic accomplishments in magnetic bubble device technology

Abstract: This document assesses the status of magnetic bubble technology as displayed by non-U. S. research and manufacturing facilities. Non-U. S. research and U.S. accomplishments are described while both technical and economic factors are addressed. Magnetic bubble devices are discussed whenever their application could impact future computer system design.
