Foreground Segmentation for Moving Cameras under Low Illumination Conditions

Abstract: A foreground segmentation method, including image enhancement, trajectory classification and object segmentation, is proposed for moving cameras under low illumination conditions. Gradient-field-based image enhancement is designed to enhance low-contrast images.
