Forecasts Marine Weather on Java Sea Using Hybrid Methods: TS-ANFIS

Abstract: Indonesia is an archipelago. Consequently, the majorities are working around the sea such as a fisherman. While the number of activities at sea are increasing more accident occurred are rising.
