Food-safety knowledge, attitudes and practices of street-vended food sellers in the city of Kontum, 2018

Abstract: This study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitudes and practices on food-safety of street-vended food sellers in the city of Kon Tum (2018) in order to provide scientific evidence as a basis for deverloping plan to ensure food safety of street food and to protect consumers’ health.
