Food Safety Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices of Dairy Products Handlers in Dairies of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

Abstract: This cross sectional study was conducted to determine the level of knowledge, attitude and practices of dairy products handlers in twentyseven dairies in Ouagadougou, regarding food safety.
