Food Consumption Data as a Tool to Estimate Exposure to Mycoestrogens

Abstract: Zearalenone and alternariol are mycotoxins produced by Fusarium and Alternaria species, respectively, that present estrogenic activity and consequently are classified as endocrine disruptors.
