“…En el contexto latinoamericano, una investigación realizada en 50 mujeres chilenas sanas entre 20 y 33 años por Barrera et al (35), comparó la ingesta del sexto mes de embarazo con el sexto mes de lactancia, y se observó una reducción en la ingesta de los grupos de alimentos más nutritivos y un elevado consumo de los grupos de riesgo.
