Food Allergy Education and Management in Early Learning and Childcare Centres: A Scoping Review on Current Practices and Gaps

Abstract: Anaphylaxis has occurred in preschools/schools yet there are no consistent food allergy (FA) management practices in early learning and childcare centres (ELCC) across jurisdictions.
