Following a 10-Step Procedure to Evaluate the Administrative Services Qualification Card Program

Abstract: In this article, the authors describe a 10-step procedure for conducting program evaluation in the human performance improvement (HPI) context, followed by a case study illustrating the procedure taken and outcomes produced.
