Followers’ HEXACO personality traits and preference for charismatic, relationship-oriented, and task-oriented leadership

Abstract: The aim of the current study was to examine the HEXACO personality traits in relation to followers' preference for charismatic, relationship-oriented, and task-oriented leadership.
