Follower-Centric Leadership and Emotions: an Interdisciplinary Perspective

Abstract: AnotacijaĮ sekėją orientuotas požiūris, kuris atskleidžia sekėjo svarbą, yra vienas iš naujausių požiūrių lyderystės tyrimuose. Šiame procese sekėjo ir lyderio emocijos atlieka pagrindinį vaidmenį ir lemia geresnius organizacijos veiklos rezultatus. Nepaisant sekėjo svarbos lyderystėje, daugelis ankstesnių lyderystės studijų pagrindinį dėmesį skyrė tik lyderio emocijoms.
