Folliculosebaceous Cystic Hamartoma with Spindle Cell Lipomatous and Neural Components

Abstract: Folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma is a cutaneous malformation composed of a cystic folliculosebaceous structure associated with mesenchymal elements, generally consisting of fibrous stroma, adipocytes and small vascular channels.
