Folic acid receptor-targeted human serum albumin nanoparticle formulation of cabazitaxel for tumor therapy

Abstract: BackgroundWe previously developed cabazitaxel (CTX)-loaded human serum albumin nanoparticles (NPs-CTX) via a self-assembly method, and these NPs showed efficacy in prostate cancer therapy.
