Fogyatékossággal Élők a Tanulástól a Munkavállalásig

Abstract: Tanulmányunkban a sajátos nevelési igényű személyek olyan speciális problémáival foglalkozunk, melyek kezdetben az oktatáshoz (tanulási lehetőségekhez, szakmai képzettségek megszerzéséhez), majd a foglalkoztathatósághoz, a munkavállalás kérdésköréhez kötődnek. Emellett felszínre kerülnek az emberi erőforrás menedzsment tekintetében mindazon tartalmak és elvárások, melyek a különleges bánásmódot igénylő személyek e csoportjaira vonatkoztathatóak.
