Fog forecasting over Calcutta and neighbourhood

Abstract: Effect of temperature, dew-point temperature, wind and synoptic situation on the formation of fog at Calcutta (Alipore) during winter months have been studied and prediction diagrams for temperature and dew-point as well as fog have been prepared.
