Focused Libraries for Epigenetic Drug Discovery: The Importance of Isosteres

Abstract: Epigenetic drug discovery provides a wealth of opportunities for the discovery of new therapeutics but has been hampered by low hit rates, frequent identification of false-positives, and poor synthetic tractability.
