In order to ensure the reliable operation of natural gas station equipment and prevent over-maintenance and under-maintenance of equipment, a fault mode and impact analysis (FMECA) method was proposed. This method is used to analyze the cock valve, calculate its RPN value to finalize and quantitative analysis, and evaluate the reliability of the cock valve objectively.
