Flux-solvothermal preparation of dispersible LiLa0.4Nd0.6(PO3)4 microcrystals with regular morphology and superior fluorescence

Abstract: Dispersible LiLaNd(PO3)4 microcrystals with an average size of 1.5–5 μm and lifetime of 107 μs were prepared via a flux-solvothermal method. They have a transparent dispersion with high Nd3+ ions concentration, long lifetime, low solvent quenching ratio, large emission cross section and high quantum yield.
