Abstract:Fluoxetine is a safe antidepressant with remarkable anti‐inflammatory actions; therefore, we aimed to investigate its effects on immortalized (HaCaT) as well as primary human epidermal keratinocytes in a polyinosinic‐polycytidylic acid (p(I:C))‐induced inflammatory model.
