Fluorescent bead-based serological detection of Toxoplasma gondii infection in chickens

Abstract: Background: Free-ranging chickens are often infected with Toxoplasma gondii. Their infection indicates environmental contamination with T. gondii. The detection of infected birds relies primarily on serological assays.
