Fluorescence lifetime imaging of NAD(P)H upon oxidative stress in Kluyveromyces marxianus

Abstract: K. marxianus is a promising cell factory for producing heterologous proteins. Oxidative stresses were raised during overexpression of heterologous proteins, leading to the shift of the redox state.
