Abstract: Introduction Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT) has evolved as a curative therapy for various hematological malignancies. Regimen-related toxicity and transplant-related mortality (TRM) preclude the use of myeloablative conditioning (MAC) regimens in older and unfit patients.
