FLT3 receptor/CD135 expression by flow cytometry in acute myeloid leukemia: Relation to FLT3 gene mutations and mRNA transcripts

“…Therefore, designing and implementing a scheme for the simultaneous detection of specific antigen groups on exosome could help in more precise molecular typing of AML. Expression levels of CD markers such as CD9, CD34, CD117, CD123, and CD135 in patients with AML are significantly different from those in normal individuals which are the hallmark for the diagnosis of AML.
