Flow Field and Temperature Field of Water-Cooling-Type Magnetic Coupling

Abstract: At present, the water-cooling simulation of the water-cooled magnetic coupler is based on the water-cooled motor and the hydraulic coupler, which cannot accurately characterize the temperature distribution of the rotating watercooled coupling of the coupler. Focusing on rotating water cooling radiating, the present paper proposes simulating the water cooling temperature field as well as the flow field through the method of combining fluid-solid coupled heat transfer and MRF (Multiphase Reference Frame). In add… Show more

“…Multienergy field coupling research was carried out by adding electrostatic field [35,36], cold air field [37][38][39], and other energy fields to MQL [40][41][42] to improve the cooling lubrication effect. Nanofluids were added based on the minimum quantity of lubrication oil to improve the heat transfer capacity of lubricating oil and the lubrication effect [43][44][45][46][47]. Therefore, the integration of trace lubrication into the production line has become an inevitable choice.…”

“…They claimed that the solar radiation is an important factor in the heat budget of water bodies. Wang et al [16] pointed out that both temperature field and velocity field of flowing water during an ice-covered period are essential for studying the formation and evolution of frazil ice. By applying the Navier-Stokes equations and energy equation for flow under an ice cover, the velocity field and temperature field of flowing water have been analyzed.…”

“…The corresponding experiment was carried out to confirm the simulation results. Wang et al 18 analyzed the water cooling temperature field as well as the flow field of water-cooled magnetic coupler based on the fluid-solid coupled heat transfer. Santo et al 19 examined the dynamic load and stress analysis of a wind turbine considering the influence of gravity.…”
