Flow Cytometric Basophils Activation Test as a Method of Allergy Diagnosis

Abstract: For several years the incidences of allergic diseases and anaphylactic reactions have been increasing dramatically. Classical method of allergy diagnosis—skin prick test in some situations can provoke life-threatening reactions.
