Flow characteristics of a centrifugal fan with optimized edge curvatures of an impeller front disk

Abstract: In this study, the flow characteristics of different radiated impeller front disk fans were investigated by computational fluid dynamics to explore the effect of the radiated impeller front disk of the centrifugal fan on the three-dimensional flow of the volute-free centrifugal fan.
