Flooded Area Extraction of Rice Paddy Field in Indonesia Using Sentinel-1 Sar Data

Abstract: <p><strong>Abstract.</strong> The objective of this study is to detect flooded area in rice paddy fields in Indonesia by using remotely sensed data. We used synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data for this purpose, because it is capable of getting high-resolution data in almost all-weather conditions.
