To date, flood is a problem that often plagues the city of Malang. Floods that occur are mainly caused by poor drainage channels and silting of drainage channels due to people's habits of throwing garbage in rivers. In the Pulosari Kiosk Area of Malang city, the flood was worsened by the capacity of the Pulosari Channel which narrowed due to illegal building. In heavy rain, so much water overflowed into the Pulosari Road, resulting in losses to traders in the area. The purpose of this study was to find a solution to reduce flooding in the Pulosari Channel with the appropriate flood control technology in the area. This study used interviews and questionnaires to investigate the community's response to flood control development efforts. Data analysis was carried out using statistical analysis to obtain a description of the community response to a flood control system implemented by the city government. The research results show that constructing flood diversion channels in the upper area, and educating the community about flood risk management is the best solution in this area to minimize flood losses.

Floods during the rainy season are still a polemic for Indonesia because disaster create various losses and fatalities. Although, drainage development, green environment and outreach have been implemented. However, public awareness of waste that block the flow of water needs to be evaluated. Therefore, the bibliometric analysis then using Vos Viewer software to discuss relevant research topics. The aim is to provide the management of hydrometeorological disaster mitigation. Therefore, the literature review in this article then discusses various flood threats, efforts by several regions to overcome them, human resources and character of education. The results of the discussion show that flood control requires with collaboration. For this purpose, the demographic bonus in Indonesia needs to be used to optimize public participation. Moreover, recommendation from the research is that any schools to hold group teens go clean activities as mutual cooperation learning. Policy alternatives to build some intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation for each individual in creating a flood free area in their environment.

Indonesia is one of the most disaster-prone countries in the world as evidenced by the World Risk Index 2019 data, Indonesia is ranked 37th out of 180 countries. The younger generation as agents of change must be able to have a positive influence on the community on the importance of preparedness and mitigation as an effort to reduce the impact of disaster risk. This research intends to design the development of Augmented Reality-based disaster mitigation learning media as a means of disaster education. The method used is the development of a prototype model consisting of listen to customer, build/revise mock-up, customer test-drive mock-up. This stage is carried out with the stages of needs analysis, design, testing, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that the Blackbox Fire Disaster Mitigation-AR test was successfully displayed as expected (valid) with the target user being the community and students, especially early childhood children building creative, critical, and innovative thinking patterns in solving problems about disasters. Novelty given in developing ideas about disaster mitigation educational media in order to realize quality education and handling climate change. It can be concluded that the presence of Augmented Reality-based disaster mitigation learning media is considered very useful in supporting the learning process in the 21st century and making it easier for users to implement the knowledge gained into daily life by knowing the stages before and after disaster mitigation through disaster education.
