Abstract:Flexible and lightweight textile-based coaxial transmission lines for wearable applications are presented. In particular, textile yarns defined by copper (Cu), polyester (PES), and polytetrafluoroehtylene (PTFE) materials were used to design transmission line prototypes offering a 50-characteristic impedance.
