Abstract

Kurzfassung In modernen Produktionssystemen sind effiziente und standardisierte Produktionslogistikabläufe zu gestalten. Dabei hat der produzierende Mittelstand noch erhebliche Schwierigkeiten mit einer systematischen Produktionslogistikplanung. Als Lösung wird die Planungsmethode der „Produktionslogistikgestaltung auf Basis konfigurierbarer Referenzprozessmodelle“ entwickelt. Der erste praktische Einsatz der Methode zeigt einen reduzierten Planungsaufwand, ein systematisches Planungsvorgehen und die Minderung der Prozessvarianten in der Produktionslogistik.
