Flavonoid studies in four species of the Oxytropis campestris complex (Fabaceae–Galegeae)

Abstract: Thirteen flavone and eight flavonol glycosides from four taxa of Oxytropis campestris (L.)DC. s. lat. have been isolated and identified. The compounds are based on five aglycone moieties and have several characteristic glycosidic patterns. Unlike some previously examined polyploid complexes, the component taxa have markedly divergent flavonoid profiles.
