“…Several stress factors (e. g. pathogens, nutrient deficiency, wounding, illumination) can markedly change the phytochemistry of plants (Harborne 1988;Clausen et al 1991;Hartley and Lawton 1991;Julkunen-Tiitto et al 1995 b), and thus affect chemotaxonomic identification.
