Abstract: The  review  outlines  modern  concepts   of the  relevance  of fixed-dose combination therapy comprising  angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor and dihydropyridine calcium  channel  antagonist  as  an antihypertensive component  with the HMG-CoA reductase  inhibitor when treating hypertensive patients.
