Fixation of the Cartilaginous Vault with Barbed Suture in Closed-Approach High-Septal-Resection Dorsal Preservation Rhinoplasty

Abstract: Background: Fixation of the cartilaginous vault is an important maneuver in preservation rhinoplasty to reduce hump recurrences.
