Five-year follow-up of Doppler-guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation

Abstract: Long-term follow-up confirms the effectiveness of the DGHAL procedure for treatment for Grade II hemorrhoids. The DGHAL procedure alone seems less effective for Grade III hemorrhoids.
