Five-branes wrapped on topological disks from 7D N=2 gauged supergravity

Abstract: We study supersymmetric AdS 5 × Σ solutions, for Σ being a topological disk with non-trivial U (1) holonomy at the boundary or "half-spindle", in seven-dimensional N = 2 gauged supergravity coupled to three vector multiplets. We consider compact and non-compact gauge groups, SO(4 − p, p), for p = 0, 1, 2, and find a number of AdS 5 × Σ solutions with SO(2) × SO(2) and SO(2) diag residual symmetry from SO(4) and SO(2, 2) gauge groups.
