Fitorreguladores na calogênese e rizogênese em Eugenia involucrata

Abstract: Este trabalho objetivou avaliar o efeito de fitorreguladores na calogênese e rizogênese em discos foliares de Eugenia involucrata. Foram testadas, em dois experimentos, combinações de ácido naftalenoacético (ANA) e 6-benzilaminopurina (BAP) e de 2,4-diclorofenoxiacético (2,4-D) e BAP. Aos 45 dias de cultivo todos os tratamentos formaram calos, principalmente naqueles em que foram empregados ANA isolado e, também, combinado com BAP, bem como 2,4-D e BAP (5:5 e 10:10 µM).
