Abstract: As fístulas biliares internas espontâneas são comunicações estabelecidas entre qualquer segmento da árvore biliar e dos órgãos abdominais. Elas constituem uma afecção rara apesar de compreender uma complicação da colecistite, patologia freqüente da prática cirúrgica.
