Fistula between rectum and duplicated vagina in an infant with anorectal malformation and biliary atresia

Abstract: A 2-month-old girl was found at birth to have duodenal atresia, anorectal malformation and patent ductus arteriosus. Side-to-side duodenojejunostomy and transverse colostomy were performed. Biliary Fig. 1 a Distal colonography demonstrates that the rectum terminates in a fistula to the left hemivagina, and both vaginae are filled with contrast material (arrows).
