First Report of Black Dot Root Rot, Caused by Colletotrichum coccodes, on Tomato in Kentucky High Tunnels

Abstract: The identity of Colletotrichum species on Coffea (coffee) is not clearly understood. We report on Colletotrichum species associated with coffee berries in northern Thailand and compare them to species reported to cause coffee berry disease elsewhere.
