В соответствии с биоинформационным анализом система праймеров и зонда BNrt для ПЦР-РВ не обеспечивала высокую специфичность выявления ДНК Candidatus Phytoplasma solani.…”

Recently, the assoiation between stolbur group (16SXII-A) and A. scoparia was reported in China ( Yu et al, 2016 ). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of association of 16SII-D phytoplasma with A. sieberi in Iran and may be in the world.…”
