Abstract: Transition metal phosphorus trichalcogenides MPX3 (M = Mn, Fe, Co, Ni; X = S, Se), as layered van der Waals antiferromagnetic materials, have emerged as a promising platform for exploring two-dimensional (2D) magnetism.
