First Metatarsophalangeal Arthrodesis Malunion Revision to Silicone Implant Arthroplasty

Abstract: A shortened first metatarsophalangeal joint (MTPJ) fusion can be a debilitating complication of arthrodesis surgery. The most commonly accepted treatment is revision of the first MTPJ revisional arthrodesis with lengthening utilizing bone graft.
